It’s great to see that consumers still seek variety when it comes to watching movies and TV shows at home. There’s obviously a number of high-profile, inevitably predictable choices in both charts, but the fact that productions less likely to appeal to the mainstream – such as Batman: Caped Crusader and The Instigators – managed to find a place among those is encouraging.

September has been a good month for new streaming releases, so it will be interesting to see what the US audience gravitated towards in a few short days, when JustWatch shares its latest charts. If nothing else, we can place a few bets on whether Apple TV Plus can score three TV shows in the same Top Ten chart for a second month in a row, no?
